- Remember to come without makeup for all appointments.
- There is a 10-minute arrival obligation for all appointments. A fee will be incurred after 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged for the full appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For Monday appointments, cancellation must be made on Friday.
- If you do not show up, you will be billed for the full appointment.
